Shipping Policy – The Hungry Boar

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner, Oakland International, and delivered via DPD.

- Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £4.99
- Free Delivery: Orders of 3 cases or more qualify for free shipping.
- Northern Ireland: Shipping to Northern Ireland is temporarily suspended. We’ll update this policy once service resumes.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time.

4. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or delivery fails, DPD will attempt redelivery. For persistent issues, please contact our customer service team at info@thehungryboar.com.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our [Returns Policy] for details on how to return items. Refunds for shipping costs are only issued in cases of quality issues or incorrect deliveries.

6. Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped from within the UK. If we resume international shipping, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
