We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Receipt of Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or if you have changed your mind, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Change of mind, Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, or replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and a description of the issue. We may request the return of the item for inspection.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return the goods, no problem, please follow our returns process.
Returns Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting evidence
- If eligible, we will issue a return authorisation and instructions
Returns must be sent to our designated returns address within 14 days of authorisation. We recommend using a tracked service.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind (where applicable), you are responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
